Brief Description:

Our Team Members make it possible for us to create the memorable Urban Plates experience our Guests know and love. We focus on people and restaurants one at a time and we care for Our People one at a time.

In the spirit of taking care of each other, Urban Plates offers emergency assistance to Team Members facing an unanticipated hardship, within the past three months, such as an accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster. Grants range from $500-$1500 and are funded by Team Members like you.

The UPLift Fund is powered by Restaurants Care (a nonprofit program of the California Restaurant Foundation).

Eligibility Requirements:

Requests will be reviewed for all current Urban Plates Team Members who have experienced a life-altering event in the last three months.

Submitted copies of all that apply as proof of hardship:

___ Documentation of illness or injury
___ Receipts for medical supplies or transportation for medical care
___ Verification documentation for funeral expenses, natural disaster, or housing emergency
___ Doctor Verification or death certificate
