UC Cares, powered by Restaurants Care (a nonprofit program of the California Restaurant Foundation), offers emergency assistance to Urbane Cafe team members facing an unanticipated hardship within the last three months such as: accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member or natural disaster. UC Cares Fund is powered by Restaurants Care (a nonprofit program of the California Restaurant Foundation).

In the spirit of taking care of each other, Urbane Cafe offers emergency assistance to team members facing an unanticipated hardship, within at least the past three months.

Grants cover cost of living expenses for life-altering events such as an accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster. Grants range from $250-$1500 and are funded by team members like you!

Eligibility Requirements:

Requests will be reviewed for all current Urbane Cafe team members who contribute to the fund, have been with the company for three months, and have experienced a life-altering event within the last three months.

Submit copies of all that apply as proof of hardship:

___ Documentation of illness or injury
___ Receipts for medical supplies or transportation for medical care
___ Verification documentation for funeral expenses, natural disaster, or housing emergency
___ Doctor Verification or death certificate
