In the spirit of taking care of the Family That You Love, Lazy Dog offers emergency assistance to teammates facing an unanticipated hardship that occurred within the past three months, such as an accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster. Grants range from $250-$1500 and are funded by teammates like you.

Grants cover cost of living expenses for life-altering events such as an accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster. Grants range from $250-$1500 and are funded by teammates like you!

Eligibility Requirements:

Requests will be reviewed for all current Lazy Dog team members who have experienced a life-altering event in the last 6 months.

Submit copies of all that apply as proof of hardship:

___ Documentation of illness or injury
___ Receipts for medical supplies or transportation for medical care
___ Verification documentation for funeral expenses, natural disaster, or housing emergency
___ Doctor Verification or death certificate
